A healthy metabolism means a healthy weight, good energy levels, balanced hormones, clear thinking, a better mood, clear skin, better sleep, and a healthy immune system. Who doesn’t want a bit of that?!
As we go through the menopause transition our metabolism changes. However, we can learn how to support it AND it doesn’t have to feel difficult or restrictive.

What The Programme Covers:
How to support your metabolism and changing hormones
How to eat to support blood glucose balance. This in turn supports your metabolism for a healthy weight and energy level
You’ll learn some of the non-food strategies for supporting your metabolism and understand other factors that influence your energy levels
We start by setting the right foundations, an achievable goal, and strategies to keep you on track
You’ll learn how to permanently embody healthy eating and living, so, it becomes who you are, rather than something you do now and again when you have time and energy!
This programme will help you uncover some of the habits that keep you stuck. If you are a comfort eater, identify with self-sabotage, or feel you lack willpower, then this can be a significant breakthrough moment
You’ll learn how to put together your own meals, whether you’re at home, eating out, or travelling
You’ll receive a suggested weekly meal plan and recipes that are specifically designed for midlife women, in case you need inspiration. These are fully flexible and not obligatory
We’ll cover a bit of biology so you can fully understand why you need to make changes. But don’t worry, I pride myself in making complex topics simple and practical. I’ll talk you through hormone changes, how stress affects our health, and the importance of digestive health.

Practical Details And What’s Included:
It’s a 6-week Small Group Programme carried out via Zoom
There is a private WhatsApp support group
Space is limited to 6 ladies per group, to keep it personal and for me to offer a higher level of support
A 1-hour weekly evening zoom session at 7pm, which includes a key learning point and practical tools to speed your results
Each zoom session will be recorded and sent to you, in case you want to revisit it, or if you can’t make it – because we know that life can send the odd curve-ball!
Suggested meal plans, recipes, handouts, and mindset exercises will be given each week to help you put your knowledge into practice.
