How Does it Work?

- You receive a clear plan based on your blood test

- The plan includes a personalised food list, details on how much food to eat, as well as some clear guidelines and new habits to follow around meal timing, eating practices and hydrating

- There are 4 phases:

  1. A 2-Day Preparation Phase

  2. A 14-Day Strict Adjustment Phase

  3. A Relaxed Adjustment Phase – lasts until you reach your goal weight

  4. A Maintenance Phase – you can stay in this phase once you’ve reached your goal weight and follow it for life with much more flexibility.

- As you go through the 12-weeks you receive regular coaching sessions to keep you on track and answer any queries

- It’s just real food – nothing processed. There are no complicated recipes to follow – it’s as simple or advanced as your current cooking skills and imagination, but of course we can provide ideas to help you carry out your plan

What’s Included

- An Initial Discovery Meeting (around 60 mins) – we take you through the process in detail to make sure the plan is right for you

- A Plan Delivery Session (60 mins) – We’ll talk you through your plan and get you started

- 5 x 30 minute sessions spaced appropriately over 12 weeks

- Reasonable email support between sessions

What’s Not Included

-The cost of your blood draw locally to you. This is usually from £30-£50 depending on location

- Any nutritional supplements that are recommended based on your blood test results. Supplements are not an official part of this plan as it’s based solely on food, but we will also let you know if we think you would benefit from additional support.
