Sleep Issues
Sleep Issues
Have you found that it’s recently more difficult to get to sleep, or stay asleep with periods of insomnia? Maybe you are waking earlier, or just not waking feeling refreshed? It can be so frustrating and debilitating and affect our quality and enjoyment of life, as well as impacting how we show up at work and our relationships with our friends and family.
Poor sleep can affect women of all ages, but we do see a prevalence of sleep issues in women in their perimenopause and into postmenopause. Helping our clients optimise their sleep is a core pillar in our recommendations as it really does have an impact on all areas of health.
How We Can Help You
In our 360-Degree assessments, we zoom out to take a holistic view of what might be causing your sleep issues.
This could be stress levels, hormone imbalances, nutrient requirements, digestive issues and we’ll also consider other lifestyle factors that could be having an impact.
We then work with you to create a fully customised care plan that will include nutrition and lifestyle changes, and nutritional supplements where appropriate. If we feel that testing could help us pinpoint underlying imbalances and root causes, we’ll recommend those too, including referring you to your medical professional for a medical assessment if appropriate.
