Testimonials

I was fortunate to attend a presentation by Alexis recently. I’d been looking forward very much to hearing her; and my group certainly wasn’t disappointed. Straight away Alexis was engaging, informative and entertaining. She made the subject of Gut Health accessible and doable for us all, so we felt that she was speaking to each of us personally, and I for one took on board the wisdom and health benefits that she shared with us.

“Hers was a top quality presentation, just packed with ideas, variety, and easy changes we can make, and how to develop a ‘can do’ attitude towards our future wellbeing. Her charm and passion for her subject was inspiring, and I now feel that she’s put me on the path to a more informed and healthier lifestyle.
Thank You Alexis!

We were very happy to work with Alexis Prior on delivering menopause awareness session to different targeted audiences across our organisation (all employees, managers, women, people team). Alexis is very knowledgeable on the topic of menopause, nutrition and is able to share valuable information and resources. She was able to build the content and make it very relevant to the specific audiences, as well as deliver the sessions in an engaging way using scientific knowledge, facts as well as helpful practical information.

“This is still a challenging topic and can get very personal and the sessions that we were doing for a very first time were really positively received. Our People team learned what are the important areas to consider in terms of policy, benefits and awareness. Our managers got important insight into managing team members that are going through peri-menopause in a compassionate way that does not inhibit their career development. Our short-course participants really engaged in deeper understanding of the physical process and also where to look for help, support and knowledge.

“It was a real pleasure to work with Alexis, I felt she really listed to our needs as we were pioneering the topic in our organisation.
